18th September - database back on-line. Please email if any problems

14th September - experiencing technical faults with the server. Database will be back on-line asap.

10th June - 68 clinicians registered. New links added.

27th May - 56 clinicians registered.

3rd May - 54 clinicians registered.

7th March - Despite some early 'hiccups'. 46 clinicians are now registered and have been issued with user names and passwords.

7th February - Acrobat .PDF versions of each condition added for download

7th February - 39 clinicians registered. Due to an unknown problem, 15 awaiting user names/passwords. Sorry for the delay, this will be rectified shortly.

24th January - 27 clinicians registered! 4 awaiting user names/passwords.
