Parents and Young People with Orphan Lung Diseases in the UK
If you or your child has one of the conditions listed opposite, then you can request your doctor to register your child's details with BPOLD. This will help with current and future research into these conditions.
In order for your doctor to register your child's details you (and your child) will need to have read and understood the BPOLD information sheets, and you will need to sign a consent form agreeing to the registration when you next see your respiratory doctor. To help this process you may print off the information sheets and consent forms below and take them to your next clinic appointment with a Respiratory Paediatrician.
